Your new role

As Consumer Engagement Manager, you will play a key role in building and shaping our consumer engagement approach from the ground up. This is an execution-focused role where you'll be the clear owner of content and channels, turning deep consumer understanding into impactful campaigns that reach patients across our portfolio. You will translate strategy into action, operationalise the patient journey, and continuously explore new and innovative ways to engage consumers and create meaningful experiences.

Day-to-day your tasks will include:

  • Managing consumer engagement across the full portfolio and serving as the execution owner for content and channels
  • Planning and executing patient and consumer awareness campaigns across multiple channels
  • Driving development of digital content, user experience and campaign performance
  • Coordinating and managing collaboration with agencies, media partners and other external vendors
  • Working closely with Marketing, Medical, Market Access and Communications teams
  • Operationalising the patient journey to ensure seamless consumer experiences across all touchpoints
  • Using consumer insights and data to measure, evaluate and continuously optimize campaign effectiveness
  • Ensuring all activities comply with regulatory requirements, DSE guidelines and internal standards

As Consumer Engagement Manager, you will join a newly established Consumer Engagement team consisting of the Sr Manager Consumer Engagement, a Marketing Student Assistant, and an external Consumer Engagement Consultant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help shape how we engage with consumers and patients, working in a collaborative and dynamic environment with a strong focus on innovation and impact.

 

This is an office-based position located at our modern office in Nydalen, conveniently situated next to the Nydalen metro station with easy access.

 

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for someone who deeply understands consumer needs and knows how to turn insights into compelling campaigns. You'll bring with you:

  • Proven experience in consumer engagement, campaigns, digital marketing and content development, ideally from fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or consumer goods companies - experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is considered an advantage but not mandatory
  • Strong expertise in digital channels and a clear understanding of what drives performance
  • Experience translating strategy into execution with a focus on getting things done
  • Experience working with agencies, media companies or regulated industries
  • Structured approach with the ability to deliver results in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and drive impact
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in both Norwegian and English

Salary

For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 890,840.00 to 1,425,340.00 NOK, corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
