Your new role

As a Regulatory & Pharmacovigilance Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to the work that ensures Novo Nordisk products meet the highest safety, quality and compliance standards in Indonesia. It's a unique opportunity to learn directly from experienced professionals while contributing to projects that have a tangible impact on patient safety.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and submitting regulatory affairs (RA) documents for BPOM and supporting pharmacovigilance (PV) submissions
  • Ensuring 100% compliance with timeline submissions for RA and PV activities
  • Providing administrative support for monitoring and reporting (M&R) projects
  • Helping to organise and maintain regulatory and pharmacovigilance documentation, ensuring accuracy and audit-readiness
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Medical, Quality and Commercial colleagues to support smooth project execution

 

Internship duration: 3 August 2026 – 5 February 2027, based in Jakarta. Internship allowance provided.

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for a proactive, accountable and detail-oriented individual who is excited to learn how regulatory affairs and pharmacovigilance protect patient safety and enable access to medicines. You will bring with you:

 

  • Recently graduated from a bachelor's or master's degree programme in pharmacy or a related science field
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, taking initiative, anticipating needs and contributing ideas to improve project execution and outcomes
  • Highly accountable and organised, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, strong attention to detail and a commitment to deadlines
  • Genuine interest in regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance and the broader healthcare compliance landscape
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
