Your new role

As a Project Management Intern, you will support the strategic planning and execution of internal medical and regulatory projects, gaining first-hand exposure to how cross-functional initiatives come to life in a global pharmaceutical organisation. It's a hands-on opportunity to develop project management skills while learning about the medical, regulatory and healthcare landscape.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the strategic planning and execution of internal medical and regulatory projects from initiation through to delivery
  • Coordinating across departments to ensure smooth communication, alignment and timely progress on key deliverables
  • Contributing to data analysis to identify challenges, surface insights and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Helping to prepare project materials, trackers and updates that keep stakeholders informed and engaged
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Medical, Regulatory, Market Access and Commercial colleagues to support project outcomes

 

Internship duration: 3 August 2026 – 5 February 2027, based in Jakarta. Internship allowance provided.

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for a proactive, curious and well-organised individual who is excited to learn how project management drives impact in the medical and regulatory space. You will bring with you:

 

  • Recently graduated from a bachelor's or master's degree programme – preferably in pharmacy, medicine, life sciences or a related field
  • Fast learner with strong curiosity, demonstrating eagerness to learn new concepts (medical, regulatory, healthcare system) and actively seeking knowledge beyond assigned tasks
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, taking initiative, anticipating needs and contributing ideas to improve project execution and outcomes
  • Highly accountable and organised, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, strong attention to detail and a commitment to deadlines
  • Collaborative team player who works effectively across functions (medical, market access, commercial) and communicates clearly with stakeholders
