Key responsibilities will include:
- Drive competitive insights by analysing and identifying trends from multiple data sources, e.g. in-market data, prescription data and patient, customer and consumer insights
- Design and oversee qualitative and quantitative research frameworks for affiliate archetypes to ultimately understand consumer behaviour, brand preference, and unmet needs within the key segments
- Partner with Medical & Marketing, Customer Engagement and Consumer engagement to define and prioritise critical business questions to solve for and fuel growth within our therapeutic areas
- Lead the integration of market research, performance and leading indicator analytics, forecasting models, and competitive intelligence to support and challenge brand, portfolio, and go-to-market strategies in International Operations.
- Through cross-functional collaboration, incorporate market research, syndicated data, digital analytics (Social Media, Online Brand Sentiment), RWE, competitor and consumer insights to ultimately inform and support the Strategy.
- Create insightful reports and business intelligence tools for senior management and key collaborators to enable the right business decisions are framed, answered and acted upon.
- Ensure house in order and robust data management practices to support data driven insights and decision making.

The Commercial Insights & Analytics team consists of 4 other talented employees that in a high-pace environment deliver top-class insights and analytics used for decision making on an International Operations level, with close collaboration with each of the 5 reginal Commercial Insights & Analytics counterparts.
Your skills & qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in commercial effectiveness, marketing, sales forecasting, or strategic market insights within the healthcare industry or related
- Solid business acumen and understanding of operations within pharma environment –affiliate experience therefore is required
- Proven leadership abilities, to guide and mentor junior colleagues and other regional Commercial Insights & Analytics counterparts
- Strong analytical mindset, able to extract and translate complex data into actionable insights at the affiliate level, proficiency in excel and data management tools.
- Experience with visualization tools and strategic planning, enabling clear and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with a collaborative approach across functions and regions.
