Senior Frontline Excellence Associate

As Senior Frontline Excellence Associate, you will help the Swiss Affiliate improve effectiveness of frontline by increasing time in field, deploying to right customers and improving conversion rate enabled by clear performance management, the right technology and clear governance.

Your new role 
• Manage the HCP universe: define and implement customer attributes and segments to enable targeted execution of the Affiliate strategy
• Design and run end-to-end processes (internal and external), including customer journeys, engagement planning, and performance tracking, to drive consistent execution and measurable impact
• Own the design and delivery of sales incentive schemes that align behaviour with commercial priorities and deliver measurable ROI
• Build Field Force capabilities to enable data-driven decisions, including developing tools and reports with actionable insights for users
• Integrate internal and external data sources to provide clear, evidence-based recommendations on commercial priorities and opportunities
• Be an active part in the department (e.g., rotational lead role in organizing monthly Department meetings)
• Support updates to the department strategy and process improvements.

Your new department  
The goal of the Frontline Excellence Team (part of the Rare Disease and Customer Engagement Business Unit) is to boost field team performance by maximizing customer-facing time, targeting top accounts, and improving conversion. This is achieved through simplifying processes, increasing automation and delivering actionable, data-driven insights. Together with the Customer Excellence team focusing on delivering omnichannel journeys and the Rare Disease Business Unit responsible for our haemophilia and growth hormone products, we form a highly engaged department that offers exciting cross-functional collaboration, strong peer learning, and a supportive, high-energy team environment

Your skills & qualifications
• Master's degree or above in relevant area (e.g. business administration, economics, statistics).
• Relevant experience in Frontline or Commercial Excellence, Business Intelligence/ Analytics, Finance or Consulting role.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience and strong commercial/ medical experience on topics such as field force effectiveness desirable.
• Strong project and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience in building new business processes and running them long-term.
• Experience with Power BI / Power Query / DAX; SQL is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills & tools with the ability to derive insight from complex and varied information sources and make sound recommendations.
• Proficient in English and German, French is a plus
