The position
This role focuses on designing and implementing scalable projects, ensuring access to health data, driving value-based healthcare initiatives, and advocating for policy changes to improve patient outcomes in cardiometabolic health. By demonstrating the societal return on investments, you will play a key role in shaping healthcare systems and ensuring patient access to innovative treatments, all while aligning with corporate and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Public Health Projects – Develop and implement primary and secondary prevention initiatives to improve patient care and demonstrate feasibility and impact.
- Leverage Health Data & Outcomes Research – Ensure availability of real-world data to support prevention strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of healthcare interventions.
- Drive Value-Based Healthcare Initiatives – Collaborate with stakeholders to establish integrated care models and demonstrate cost-effectiveness in cardiometabolic disease management.
- Strengthen Patient Advocacy & Policy Influence – Engage with patient organizations and key decision-makers to shape healthcare policies and enhance system prioritization.
- Foster Cross-Sector Collaboration – Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, including healthcare authorities, medical experts, and advocacy groups, to drive meaningful change.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in health sciences, social sciences, public health, or related fields, with strong communication expertise; fluent in German, English, and French.
- Experience in Public Affairs and the Swiss healthcare sector, with knowledge of value-based care models, public health initiatives, and community outreach.
- Proven project management skills, including cross-functional collaboration, external agency management, and budget oversight.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to think creatively, navigate complex systems, and drive strategic solutions.
- Business-minded, able to work independently and cross-functionally, with existing government and advocacy relationships as a plus.
