Your new role
As Project Director, Organisational Development, you will have the opportunity to lead and shape all aspects of talent and organisational development and have a decisive influence in the growth and future business success in International Operations Strategic Office (IO-SO). You will work closely with the leadership team to develop solutions around organizational development, culture and ways of working to achieve our ambitious business targets.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing organisational development initiatives by designing strategies to enhance effectiveness, driving cross-functional capability building, monitoring impact on goals, and partnering with senior leaders to align HR efforts with business objectives.
- Leading the organisational development review process by establishing strategic workforce planning maturity, guiding regional organisational review meetings, and designing IO organisational review materials.
- Leading and driving large organisational design projects by designing and managing diverse initiatives, adapting roles to project scope and building strong relationships to ensure alignment and collaboration across departments.
- Driving change management initiatives by leading organisational transitions, developing frameworks and tools for smooth adoption of new processes and systems and equipping leaders and teams with guidance and training to navigate change effectively.

Your skills & qualifications
We seek a visionary, results-driven leader with deep expertise in organisational development and change management — the ideal candidate excels at designing and implementing transformative initiatives that boost effectiveness and engagement. This role demands a strategic thinker who operates with independence, guides the organisational development and change management community and drives continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on organisational development and change management or management consulting experience with focus on organisational change and design.
- Leadership experience in managing (indirectly) cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English with the capability to operate effectively in a global matrix environment and across diverse cultural settings.
