The position

As a Digital Health & Patient Engagement Lead at Novo Nordisk, you will enhance patient journeys by identifying pain points, optimizing touchpoints, and driving impactful engagement initiatives. You'll develop and execute digital health strategies, manage projects and budgets, collaborate with stakeholders, and leverage data to improve user experiences.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

 

  • Lead digital health and patient engagement initiatives across cardiometabolic therapy areas, developing and executing strategies for the entire portfolio
  • Act as the primary contact for digital platforms within Cardiometabolic Marketing
  • Own and manage digital health and patient support solutions
  • Analyse patient flow and pain points, leveraging insights to shape market strategies and improve engagement
  • Collaborate across functions (Therapy Leads, Public Affairs, Market Access, C&CE) to ensure strategic and operational alignment

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree or an MBA is a plus
  • Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of GLP-1 therapy areas and the cardiometabolic market in general, is a plus
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Languages: Proficient in German and English, any other language an advantage
