The Position
This newly created position is based in Switzerland and reporting to the Executive Assistant to CVP & GM.
As healthcare is rapidly transforming, we are seeking an individual to enhance partnerships that facilitate patient access to treatment in a convenient manner. The successful candidate will work on strategic partnership projects in the Swiss market, contributing to innovative processes and business models. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled communicator who can execute agile projects. You must have a proven track record of creating tangible business results, with outstanding analytical skills – who can develop compelling business cases and manage stakeholders at all levels of organisations internally and externally.
- Drive development of a partnership strategy for Switzerland as well as lead cross-functional collaborations to identify, negotiate and implement patient-centric experiences
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve specific targeted outcomes
- Deep dive into existing and emerging innovative solutions to understand how value is created
- Lead negotiating and contracting process, ensuring cross-functional alignment
- Drive implementation of solutions in Switzerland while securing viable business outcomes for all involved parties
As part of this role, you will also manage one or portfolio of business development opportunities, depending on size and complexity and become a subject matter expert and develop, organise and share best practises
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will also need to be commercially astute, exhibit great curiosity about emerging trends and have a strong growth mindset because of the rapid changes happening in the field. You have a university degree in related field (Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or Innovation), MBA or master’s degree preferred. A successful candidate must be fluent in English and German, French is of an advantage.
In addition, we like to see that you have:
- At least a few years of innovation experience in the field of healthcare including experience in digital commerce, strategic partnerships
- Business model development experience, understand the drivers of success of specific models and understand commercial dynamics
- Experience in developing relationships and working with multiple stakeholders on high profile cross-functional and multinational initiatives
- Proven strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent project planning, management and stakeholder management skills
- Business and industry knowledge.
