The position

 We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Brand Marketing Director to lead the launch and growth of innovative therapies in the GLP-1 category.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to drive market success, ensure operational readiness for new product introductions, and cultivate a patient-first approach throughout the treatment journey.

 

Based in Zurich, you’ll be at the forefront of impactful healthcare initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

•           Lead Successful Product Launches: Develop and execute comprehensive launch plans to ensure impactful market introductions for new therapies.

 

•           Leverage business performance: Drive the growth of obesity therapies in existing markets.

 

•           Ensure Operational Readiness: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the product launch are prepared and operational, including readiness assessments and planning.

 

•           Enhance the Patient Journey: Facilitate a frictionless journey to foster a patient-centric approach and ensure patients’ needs are met at every stage.

 

•           Strategic Leadership & Collaboration: Lead the strategic alignment between global teams and local affiliates, overseeing forecasting, budgeting, and market analysis to make informed, impactful decisions.

 

Qualifications

•           Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

 

•           Minimum of 8-10 years of brand marketing experience, preferably within an innovative pharma company, with proven expertise in product development, advertising campaigns, and market analysis.

 

•           Strong strategic visioning skills to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.

 

•           Expertise in market analysis, identifying trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities.

 

•           Solid financial acumen, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and managing profitability.

 

•           Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

 

•           Adaptable and resilient, able to navigate changing market conditions and priorities.
