Your new role
As our SoME & Patient Engagement Junior Manager, you will own the social media presence and patient engagement initiatives that bring our mission closer to the people who need us most. This is a maternity cover role where you will drive campaigns from concept to execution, blending creativity with data to ensure every piece of content resonates with patients and builds meaningful connections.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing social media strategies and paid media campaigns that promote our products and services across platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement
- Developing patient-centric content for campaigns and the TAW web page, activating personas with tailored value propositions and customer journeys for awareness and activation
- Tracking key performance indicators to measure campaign success, providing actionable insights and recommendations to continuously improve strategies
- Collaborating closely with CM Marketing, MAPA, and CMR&Q to align social media and patient engagement strategies with broader commercial goals
- Creating compelling promotional content – visuals, videos, and written materials – tailored to target audiences via social media and the TAW web site, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Supporting the improvement of the TAW web site and HCP locator to enhance patient access and engagement

Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for someone who combines creative instincts with analytical rigour and genuinely cares about connecting patients with the support they need. You will bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, patient engagement, or related commercial marketing roles
- Proven ability to design and implement social media strategies, with a strong understanding of platform-specific trends, audience behaviours, and paid media/SEM
- Experience analysing campaign performance metrics and market research data to inform strategy and optimise engagement initiatives
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft empathetic, patient-centric messaging that resonates
- Project management capabilities – comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical marketing regulations and ethical guidelines related to patient engagement
- A collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills for working across cross-functional teams and external partners

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 42,690.00 to 72,570.00 EUR, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
