Your new role

In this role you will own CRM tools and leverage data-driven insights to inform customer segmentation, customer engagement strategies, and marketing performance optimization across cardiometabolic therapy areas. You will translate data into actionable recommendations that improve HCPs and patients engagement, support launches and local brand strategies, and measure the commercial impact of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead CRM planning and execution for cardiometabolic brands, including campaign setup, segmentation, personalization, and performance tracking.
  • Use dashboards and create reports that provide clear, actionable insights on marketing performance, customer behaviour and campaign ROI.
  • Analyze customer and market data (commercial, promotional, and real-world) to identify trends, opportunities and areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with peers from Marketing, Sales and Medical Affairs to align CRM activities with brand strategy and local needs.
  • Manage CRM data quality, consent/opt-in processes and ensure data usage complies with internal policies and local regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Co-create customer journeys for HCPs and other stakeholders, ensuring messages are tailored, compliant and timed to maximize engagement.
  • Provide relevant trainings, guidances and updates to cross-functional stakeholders on CRM tools, data dashboards and best practices.

Your skills & qualifications

  • Educational Background: University degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working with CRM, marketing analytics or data insights in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (or closely related field).
  • CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools; familiarity with customer segmentation and journey orchestration.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting/data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel) and solid understanding of customer-centric marketing, segmentation and measurement frameworks.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Croatian and English (written and spoken), with the ability to convey insights clearly and translate complex data into concise recommendations to cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • High ethical standards, attention to detail and ability to operate within regulatory and compliance frameworks.
