Your new role 

 

As a Team Assistant in our Customer Strategy team, you'll be the organizational backbone that keeps our commercial operations running smoothly. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our promotional and educational materials reach the right people at the right time, supporting a team dedicated to bringing life-changing treatments to patients across the region. 

 

Day-to-day your tasks will include: 

  • Managing contracts and purchase orders with external suppliers (HCPs) through Coupa and SAP systems, ensuring accurate processing and invoice reconciliation 

  • Coordinating the production, distribution, and warehouse management of promotional and educational materials, keeping everything aligned with current strategy 

  • Organizing team calendars, meetings, off-sites, and acting as the central point of contact for internal and external communications 

  • Supporting logistics and timely communication with the sales force around congresses, events, and promotional material distribution 

  • Maintaining the department's SharePoint site and supporting company-wide events as needed 

  • Streamlining processes through innovative digital tools and collaborating with suppliers to optimize project ROI

Within International Operations, the Customer Strategy team drives the commercial execution that connects our innovative treatments with healthcare professionals and patients. You'll be part of a collaborative environment where your organizational skills directly enable our field teams to deliver impact in the market, supporting our mission to defeat serious chronic diseases. 
 

Our Consumer Strategy department drives brand growth through robust customer segmentation, deep patient insights, and effective channel strategy. We enable targeted, externally relevant actions that resonate with HCPs and patients and translate into sustainable business performance. 

 

Your skills & qualifications 

 

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Team Assistant who thrives in a dynamic commercial environment. You'll bring with you: 

  • 1-2 years of experience in an assistant, administrative support, or related role, preferably within a pharmaceutical or healthcare organization of similar size to Novo Nordisk 

  • Experience maintaining documentation, creating orders, preparing and processing contracts, and reconciling invoices using accounting or procurement systems (experience with SAP and Coupa is a plus) 

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 

  • Effective communication skills in English (at least intermediate level) to handle systems, documents, and stakeholder interactions professionally 

  • Maturity demonstrated through taking ownership of assigned tasks, working independently, and maintaining transparent communication 

  • Adaptability and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and adjust to changing priorities

  • Experience working with field sales teams is preferred.
