The position

As our Supply Chain Development Manager you will take a lead in integrating new methodologies within the Supply Chain Performance Management.  You will collaborate with the IO team for global initiative adaptations, while also fostering local innovation to meet regional needs.

Your key accountabilities will be:

• Drive SEMEEA supply chain transformation by ensuring prioritization and progress on regional supply chain development project portfolio using Agile ways of working.

• Take the lead on regional supply chain projects and drive progress and change in close collaboration with stakeholders.

• Support the COE Supply Chain Director on operational tasks, presentations, and communication.

• Engage in proactive communication and ensure effective stakeholder management.

• Identify areas for continuous improvement and innovation.

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Hold a degree in Business or Engineering or related education and have experience working within an international organization.

• Have 5-7 years of experience in project management background and knowledge of Supply Chain area

• Be a strong facilitator in meetings and workshops, and enjoy performing presentations.

•Fluent in English at a business level in both written and spoken form.

 

About the department

The Supply Chain Development Manager will be part of the BASEE COE Supply Chain department. Our department is responsible for the design of future end-to-end supply chains, development of global, regional, and country supply chain strategies and policies, monitoring and analysis of supply chain costs, and improvements on supply chain processes. We work collaboratively to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers, and we are dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation in the field of supply chain management.
