Come and join our Novo Nordisk team, as our new Strategic Project Lead reporting directly to GM of Novo Nordisk in Poland.

 

Your new role
As Strategic Projects Lead, you will work closely with the General Manager (GM) and the Novo Nordisk Poland (NNPL) Leadership Team to drive the strategic priorities that shape our affiliate's future. You will act as a trusted partner and connector – ensuring alignment, momentum and executive support & drive across some of our most important business initiatives.

 

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

 

  • Driving GM-assigned projects tied to NNPL business priorities and ensuring consistent follow-up and discussion of these priorities within the management team
  • Coordinating strategic processes upward in the organisation and within the affiliate, including Strategy Process and Business Exchange Meetings (BEMs) with BA East leadership
  • Planning and coordinating strategic projects and events with NNPL, such as Leadership Forum meetings,
  • Providing executive support for the GM and representing the NNPL Leadership Team in relevant forums
  • Collaborating with the Internal Communication Manager to ensure strong internal and external communication and representation of PL management
  • Exploring the external pharmaceutical and healthcare environment to identify industry trends and bring fresh input and recommendations to the management team
  • Proactively identifying and flagging areas requiring management attention, while contributing to a positive working climate across functions and the Polish affiliate

Within IO, you will join Novo Nordisk Poland – a dynamic and ambitious affiliate within BA East. You will work directly with the GM and Leadership Team, sitting at the heart of where strategy meets execution, and playing a key role in how we deliver on our commitments to patients in Poland.

 

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of business priorities, stakeholder management and execution. You bring energy, curiosity and a solutions-oriented mindset to everything you do.

 

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

 

  • A Master's degree in Business, Management or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, gained at the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry
  • Proven project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate a complex, matrixed organisation
  • Strategic communication skills, combined with out-of-the-box thinking and a growth mindset that welcomes new challenges
  • Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken) and strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite

Salary:  For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 237,950.00 to 416,410.00 PLN, corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level,  location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
