Your new role

As a Regional Medical Advisor covering the Warszawa / Lublin region, you will be the scientific voice of Novo Nordisk in the field – building trusted relationships with opinion leaders and healthcare professionals, and ensuring the latest medical insights on diabetes, obesity, and our therapies reach the right people at the right time.

Day-to-day your tasks will include:

  • Searching for and reaching out to scientific publications and other sources of medical knowledge to stay up to date on diabetes, obesity, and Novo Nordisk products
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with opinion leaders and healthcare professionals within diabetology, obesity medicine, cardiology, and other related specialties
  • Collaborating with Commercial Teams to support promoted products, and with Market Access for products not yet covered by reimbursement; supporting the preparation and approval of medical content in materials created by Sales and Marketing, Market Access, and Public Affairs
  • Preparing and presenting scientific information at local, national, and internal meetings
  • Responding to medical inquiries and providing medical information related to Novo Nordisk products
  • Participating in trainings, medical conferences, congresses, and scientific workshops, and coordinating activities related to scientific education in diabetes and obesity treatment – including preparing speakers for satellite sessions or lectures at local conferences

You will join the Regional Medical Advisors (RMAs) Team in Poland, a group of dedicated scientific professionals working at the intersection of medical expertise and patient impact. Together, we translate the latest science into meaningful conversations with the healthcare community, and play a key role in advancing standards of care for people living with diabetes and obesity.

 

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for a curious, science-driven professional who thrives on building relationships and communicating complex medical topics with clarity. You'll bring with you:

  • University degree in a medical or closely related field (including biology, physiotherapy, pharmacy, and related medical sciences).
  • Around 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of therapeutic areas – diabetes, obesity, cardiology – will be an additional advantage
  • Basic knowledge of conducting clinical research and medical statistics, along with confident use of PowerPoint
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written (B2/C1)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • A Category B driver's license – business travel 2–3 days per week is part of the role

Salary:  For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 192,740.00 to 337,300.00 PLN, corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level,  location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
