Your new role

 

As a Product Manager, you'll hold decision-making authority over product strategy, leading the development and execution of campaigns that drive measurable business growth. Working at the intersection of data, creativity, and commercial strategy, you'll translate market insights into impactful initiatives that position our portfolio for success in one of Europe's most important markets.

Day-to-day your tasks will include:

  • Developing and executing product marketing strategies that align with organisational goals, designing and implementing marketing plans to achieve business growth and product visibility
  • Conducting market research and analysing consumer trends to identify current and future opportunities through data analysis and predict consumer behaviour that informs marketing decisions
  • Managing product lifecycle and P&L activities, overseeing product planning, development, and performance metrics to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness throughout the entire product journey
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, medical, market access, and operations to drive product success, facilitating communication and coordination to meet product objectives
  • Creating and distributing compelling promotional materials to support marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of content to target audiences
  • Monitoring and optimising advertising ROI by tracking campaign performance, assessing return on investment, and adjusting strategies to maximise effectiveness and resource utilisation
  • Representing the product portfolio in internal and external forums, acting as the primary advocate for its commercial success and market relevance

Within our Polish affiliate, the Marketing team is at the forefront of bringing innovative obesity and diabetes treatments to healthcare professionals and patients. You'll work closely with key opinion leaders, medical professionals in the obesity and diabetes field, and business partners within the pharma industry. Collaborating with diverse internal stakeholders – from the Leadership Team to Sales Force, Medical Department, and Business Development – you'll leverage advanced analytics and innovative digital tools to enhance customer engagement and drive commercial excellence in this rapidly evolving therapeutic area.

 

Your skills & qualifications

 

We're looking for a strategic, customer-centric Product Manager who thrives in dynamic environments and can turn market insights into commercial impact. You'll bring with you:

  • A Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare marketing and HCP engagement, with proven experience in Rx product management, marketing, or a related commercial role
  • A proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver measurable results
  • Solid understanding of the healthcare industry, local regulations and compliance requirements in Poland
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, OCE, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to drive data-driven decision making
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Strategic thinking capabilities with expertise in market research, consumer trend analysis, and commercial acumen including P&L management and ROI analysis
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish, with the ability to articulate strategies persuasively to internal teams, external KOLs, and business partners
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability to thrive in changing market dynamics

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 237,950 – 416,410 PLN corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
