Join Warsaw Office as a senior P&O Operations Manager, where you will drive operational excellence, employee engagement, and continuous improvement across the Business Area East (BA East) Office and WarsawHub.

 

Your new role

As People & Organisation Operations Senior Manager, you will act as a trusted partner for leaders, managers, and employees, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and employee-centric HR operations. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing complex operational topics while continuously improving processes that support the full employee lifecycle.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and continuously improve employee lifecycle related processes, including onboarding, employment changes, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and offboarding
  • Act as a senior advisor to leaders and employees on operational P&O matters, providing high quality, pragmatic guidance and solutions
  • Coordinate key operational areas such as payroll, benefits, global mobility, occupational health & safety, and respective vendors management
  • Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives, designing and delivering local events and activities that strengthen sense of belonging in the Warsaw Office
  • Collaborate with P&O Business Partners, P&O Centers of Excellence, Global People Services, and external vendors to ensure operational excellence and strong employee experience

 

Your new department

You will be part of the BA East People & Organisation team, supporting both the BA East Office and the Warsaw Hub. The function plays a critical role in enabling business success by delivering best-in-class HR operations, fostering collaboration across borders, and creating a strong, inclusive workplace culture.

 

Your skills and qualifications

To succeed in this role, you bring a strong foundation in HR operations combined with the ability to influence and operate independently in a complex environment.

We expect you to have:

  • A master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field, with strong knowledge of Polish labor law and operational HR practices
  • Proven experience in HR operations within a multinational, matrix organisation, including payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle management
  • Excellent stakeholder management, relations building and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior leaders, vendors, and global stakeholders
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities
  • Fluency in English and Polish and availability to travel within the region as needed

In addition, your personal strengths include high professionalism, discretion, resilience, and a strong ability to influence without formal authority. You thrive in dynamic environments and bring energy to building positive employee experiences.

What we offer

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 309,870 to 542,270 PLN, corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
