Your new role
As a Patient Solutions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing patient-centric strategies to enhance treatment adherence and improve patient outcomes. You will be working cross-functionally with both internal (such as Customer Strategy, Customer Care and the Medical Team) as well as external stakeholders (including Commercial Partners, Pharmacy Chains, Rx Portals, Pharmacy Portals, Medical Facility Portals).
Your key accountabilities will be to:
- Lead and implement patient engagement and adherence strategy.
- Implement patient support solutions and initiatives.
- Develop projects and strategic partnerships to drive adherence along the patient journey.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of patient journey projects and solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
In the role you’d have the authority to design and implement patient-centric strategies that align with Novo Nordisk’s business development goals, focusing on enhancing patient adherence. You would also hold decision-making power in evaluating and recommending innovative solutions for patient support programs, including partnerships and distribution channels.
Your new department
The role is anchored in the Customer Strategy department and reports directly to the Head of Business Development.
Your skills & qualifications
We are searching for candidates with excellent collaboration skills and innovative mindset who is thrives in dynamic environments. Other qualifications and experience we are looking for encompass the following:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Innovation or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in patient solutions, business development, or strategic planning within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record in identifying and addressing challenges in patient care by leveraging new technologies and developing novel approaches to improve outcomes (i.e. patient support programs, digital applications).
- Fluent English and Polish, both written and oral.
- Proven track record in mapping, developing and implementing patient solutions, cross-functional project management and in delivering consumer driven business solutions.
