The Position

As a Patient ("Consumer" like) Engagement Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of innovative Consumer engagement activities to support people living with obesity and overweight, along the entire patient journey in close collaboration with Region and Affiliates.

Key responsibilities are:

  • Analyse current market trends and needs to identify opportunities for improved Consumers experience across all stages of care.
  • Facilitate the ecosystem of touchpoints for people seeking help; optimize channel selection; drive innovation in digital channels usage (Search, Web, SoMe and AI application) to maximize impact on obesity management (accelerating time to diagnosis and treatment, optimizing the referral process, improving disease monitoring and follow-up).
  • Build and maintain relationships with key external Stakeholders across Consumer journey with the aim to improve obesity management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Affiliates and the Region to ensure a holistic omnichannel approach to Consumers. 
  • Monitor, evaluate and improve the effectiveness of Consumer engagements with a data driven mindset. 
  • Ensure compliance with relevant business ethics procedures, local law, Novo Nordisk Way, policies, and guidelines.

 

Qualifications

As a person, you are a true expert in new digital channels usage, energetic, compassionate, with strong communication skills. You bring valuable market insights and a collaborative spirit, enabling effective teamwork across functions and borders with digital fluency, and a problem-solving attitude you adapt quickly to change and use data to drive impactful, consumer -centred engagement strategies

 

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years commercial experience, preferably from FMCG or life sciences with at least 3 years of working with Consumers, with strong Consumer journey understanding.
  • Experience in launching/ managing direct to Consumer campaigns (internet, TV, radio etc).
  • experience in innovative omnichannel engagement including E-commerce and digital marketing (Search, Web, SoMe and AI application) Ability to understand data and create insights based on multiple sources.
  • Experience in working with media agencies and creative agencies.
  •  Experience in project and relationships management. 
  • Ability to navigate agile environments.

The Cardiometabolic Marketing Department, located in Business Area East/Region EUCAN (Europe and Canada) is where we focus on driving commercial success and innovation in Diabetes and Obesity care. Our team is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and entrepreneurial atmosphere, ensuring agile action plans are in place to address market potential. Patient ("Consumer" like) Engagement Manager will be based in Warsaw and will report to Cardiometabolic Marketing Sr. Director.
