Your new role
As our new Medical Manager Digital, you will shape, plan and execute digital medical strategies in close partnership with Medical Affairs, Customer Strategy, Market Access & Public Affairs, PV, Regulatory and Digital/IT. You will also own the end-to-end management of our Digital Opinion Leader (DOL) programme in Poland, ensuring our digital engagement with healthcare professionals is compliant, high-quality and evidence-based.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Owning the full lifecycle of DOL activities in Poland – from programme planning, eligibility and selection governance, to engagement calendars, content deployment and performance monitoring
- Translating medical strategy into digital medical initiatives such as content platforms, HCP engagement tools, education programmes and pharmacy and patient support resources
- Ensuring medical and scientific claims across digital touchpoints meet internal standards and relevant regulatory/ethical requirements, partnering with Regulatory, PV/Compliance and Legal/Medical Review
- Driving cross-functional collaboration across Medical Affairs, Digital, IT, Analytics, Brand/Market teams and external partners to deliver compliant, user-friendly digital solutions
- Defining success metrics, leveraging data sources to generate medical insights, and identifying evidence gaps to continuously improve our digital medical content and approaches
- Training and enabling internal stakeholders on digital medical processes, tools and governance expectations, acting as a trusted medical point of contact
- Driving continuous improvement of medical review workflows, including timelines, quality checks and template standardisation, while supporting audit readiness

Within our Poland affiliate, you will join the Medical Affairs team as an individual contributor with a unique mandate – sitting at the intersection of medical science, digital innovation and compliance. You will play a pivotal role in defining how we engage digitally with the Polish healthcare community, ensuring every interaction is grounded in scientific rigour and adds real value for HCPs and the patients they serve.
Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for a medically-minded professional who is energised by digital transformation and confident operating in a regulated environment. To succeed in this role, you'll bring with you:
- An advanced degree in a relevant discipline such as Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences or equivalent scientific/medical background
- At least 2 years of experience in Medical Affairs and/or digital medical engagement, ideally including exposure to HCP/Digital Opinion Leader concepts and digital/technology-enabled medical programmes (platforms, content systems, engagement tools or analytics)
- Practical knowledge of regulated digital communications and compliance-oriented review processes in pharma, with a strong governance mindset around quality, traceability, documentation and audit readiness
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders without direct authority, combined with structured project execution and ownership of deliverables
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data/analytics concepts (KPIs, reporting, dashboards) and translate insights into action
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish
Familiarity with HCP/patient-facing digital tools, medical content governance and supporting governance models or audit readiness will be considered a strong advantage.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 251,040.00 to 439,330.00 PLN, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
