We are looking for a Marketing Execution and Events Specialist to join our team in Warsaw, Poland, and help us deliver exceptional marketing experiences.
Your new role
As our Marketing Execution and Events Specialist, your main responsibilities in this role are to:
- Plan and execute marketing events, including internal and external events, conferences, educational programs, and international congresses, ensuring all milestones are met for various types of events, including conferences and educational programs.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution and serve as the primary point of contact for all event-related communications, engaging with various.
- Manage event budgets and logistics for all initiatives.
- Develop promotional materials for events, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines e.g. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling event-specific content and collateral.
Your new department
The role is anchored in the Customer Strategy department in the Polish affiliate of Novo Nordisk with its head office in Warsaw and it reports directly into the Head of Marketing.
Your skills & qualifications
We’re searching for an excellent communicator with strong organizational and collaboration skills who thrives in a dynamic environment. We expect our candidates to meet the following criteria:
- MA degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in event planning, coordination, or marketing roles, including larger scale events (500+ participants)
- Familiarity with promotional campaigns and consumer trend analysis is a plus.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Polish and English
