Your new role
As a Key Account Team Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans to maximize business potential and increase Novo Nordisk’s market share.
While the position is based in Warsaw, we offer flexibility for remote work and encourage applications from candidates throughout Poland.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including medical centers, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Finance to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
- Analyze market opportunities, healthcare environment developments, and competitor strategies to inform decision-making.
- Oversee the allocation of team efforts, promotional budgets, and resources to achieve objectives and targets.
- Inspire and motivate your team by living Novo Nordisk values and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who brings expertise, leadership, and passion to the role.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A master’s degree (or equivalent), preferably in natural sciences or business.
- At least 2 years of managing a Key Account Management (KAM) team, combined with a minimum of 5 years in key account management.
- Strong business acumen with in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical market at both local and global levels.
- Excellent account mapping abilities, including customer, organizational, and business environment analysis.
- Strong leadership and people development skills, with fluency in English and Polish and a valid driver’s license.
