Your new role

As our Junior Omnichannel Engagement Manager, you will ensure the execution of Omnichannel Customer Engagement (OCE) plans in close alignment with the Senior OCE Manager. You will collaborate with agencies and vendor partners to ensure world-class execution of plans as well as ensure timely cooperation with the in-house agency (Content HUB). You will also manage KPIs, OCE metrics, and dashboards to assess the effectiveness of activities.

 

Your main accountabilities will include:

  • Support and coordinate digital projects within customer journey planning, including marketing automation campaigns.
  • Actively assist Product & Medical Managers with digital and OCE campaigns.
  • Execute unbranded digital marketing plans to enhance customer engagement and strengthen the company’s image.
  • Utilize IO-Engage CRM to foster a personalized OCE approach.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of channels and customer touchpoints, optimizing each channel and user funnel.

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for a digital-minded, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who’s excited to make a difference in how we communicate with customers.

 

You will bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in digital marketing within the healthcare industry.
  • Digital fluency and practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to communicate complex concepts simply.
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in English and Polish at C1 level.


It’s an advantage if you also have:

  • A proactive mindset and openness to collaboration across cultures and professional disciplines.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Lean Thinking, Scrum, or Kanban).
