Your new role
As an Intern at our Clinical Development Centre (CDC) in Warsaw, you will gain hands-on experience in clinical research within a global, fast-paced and collaborative environment. Working closely with experienced Clinical Trial Administrators (CTAs) and Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), you will build a solid foundation for a future career in clinical operations.

Day-to-day your tasks will include:

• Supporting clinical trial processes and administrative activities
• Collaborating with Clinical Trial Administrators and Clinical Research Associates on ongoing studies
• Contributing to both individual and team-based projects
• Participating in learning sessions, workshops and on-the-job training
• Gaining exposure to clinical research processes, systems and documentation across the trial lifecycle

The internship is offered as a full-time employment contract for a duration of 6 or 12 months.

Your new department
In Research & Development, you'll be part of a unit that explores bold scientific ideas and advances them into clinical testing. We combine curiosity, AI tools, and human data to develop transformative therapies. Through collaboration and operational excellence, we shape and deliver an innovative pipeline to meet future patient needs.

You will join ClinOps 2 within our Centre of Excellence (COE) at CDC Poland – one of Novo Nordisk's key clinical research hubs. Here, you will work alongside experienced clinical operations professionals in a supportive, international environment where learning, collaboration and development are at the centre of everything we do.

Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for motivated and ambitious graduates who are eager to start their career in clinical research. To succeed in this role, you bring:

• Currently a student in your 4th or 5th year, or a recent graduate – preferably in life sciences, biology, medicine or a related field
• A strong interest in developing a career in clinical research
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Very good command of English and Polish, both written and spoken
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• A proactive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn
• Nice-to-have: prior administrative office experience

Salary:  The internship is offered as a full-time employment contract with a fixed salary of 8,000 PLN gross/month.
