The positions
As our Department Assistant, you will provide administrative and project management support to the Obesity Department, and represent Novo Nordisk Vision, Values, commitments in daily conduct with internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will oversee logistics and coordination of internal and external meetings, conferences, trainings, workshops as well as provide on-going support to the sales and marketing teams. You will be overseeing department budget and keeping project documentation in order. In this position you will act in line with ethical standards, company procedures and Novo Nordisk Way
The main scope of accountabilities includes but is not limited to:

Support the BU Director and Obesity team members with everything from logistics, project management incl. meeting preparation, taking minutes, and follow-up on actions etc.

Organizaing or supporting team events and cross-company meetings, as well as external events

Procurement tasks

Close collaboration with external agencies

Supports contract initiation in COUPA, signature in DocuSign, keeps the contracts in order and in line with the requirements e.g. coordinates contracts review forms, validation and archiving of contracts
This position will directly report to Obesity Business Unit Senior Director.
Qualifications
As our Administrative Support you need to be excited about working in an administrative supportive role and have experience from a similar position.
To be effective in this role, it is mandatory to have:

Bachelor`s Degree or equivalent in business administration, public relations, finance, accounting, or related fields. Master’s degree is a plus

At least 2 years of assistant experience

Experience working in a cross-functional setting is a plus
-
Project Management experience is a plus

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Solid knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Fluent English and Polish
