The Position
As our Clinical Operations Manager, you will primarily be responsible for leading our CRA team to deliver specific trials within the Cardiovascular & Emerging Therapy Areas by implementing the tactics of our Clinical Development Centre (CDC).
As part of the position, you will:
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of therapy area-specific clinical trials at CDC level through effective team management to meet our trial targets, including risk management
- Lead the team members in onboarding, talent management, people development, and performance management in alignment with our objectives
- Build an effective team operational model and manage resources as well as workload efficiently
- Drive therapy area level improvement initiatives and change management to achieve overall CDC efficiency.
- Foster strong cross-functional cooperation across teams.
Due to the nature of the role, we expect you to be able to come on site at least 3 times a week.
Qualifications
We are searching for skilled communicators who aim at lifting their team and are able to navigate in complex environments. In order to thrive in this role, meeting the following qualifications is expected:
- A Master's degree in life or natural sciences (preferred)
- At least 4 years of experience in clinical trial management and at least 1 year of people management experience
- A strong track record in clinical trials execution within a multifunctional team and training
- The ability to leverage connections with internal and external stakeholders to make things happen
- Fluency in English and Polish – both in oral and written form.

About the Department
The role sits within the Clinical Development Centre (CDC) in Poland, Warsaw and reports directly into the head of the Cardiovascular and Emerging Therapy Area department and you will be leading a dedicated CRA team of 8-10 individuals.
Our team is responsible for running all clinical development activities from the initial planning of clinical trials to authority submission. We provide resources, processes, and competencies to all development projects, ensuring process alignment, optimisation, and competency development. Our collaborative and supportive atmosphere fosters knowledge sharing and training across trial management and medical staff.
