Your new role

As Clinical Medical Manager, you will facilitate the execution of clinical trials in obesity, diabetes and the cardiometabolic area across Poland. This position offers remote flexibility, with candidates welcome from different locations in Poland.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading 'National Leader' selection, contributing to site selection criteria, assessing medical capabilities and scientific training needs, and engaging KOL investigators to optimize trial methodologies and build long-term relationships
  • Acting as the local subject matter expert on the product and protocol – discussing early clinical data with external experts, resolving medical queries from site staff, and ensuring investigators are well versed ahead of FPFV
  • Securing early medical and scientific input into product development by incorporating the perspectives of clinicians and patients, and proactively addressing potential development challenges
  • Establishing a strong scientific presence in new and current therapy areas, communicating the Novo Nordisk pipeline and scientific narrative to external stakeholders, and mapping clinical care pathways to support recruitment and retention
  • Building organizational readiness through cross-functional scientific communication, transferring knowledge between medical, clinical and commercial functions
