The position
As our Cardiovascular Market Development Director, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities and market potential for future CVD (cardiovascular disease) assets in Poland. You will develop and implement go-to-market strategies in alignment with global strategies and drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure strategic commercial perspectives are integrated into business decisions. You will also lead strategic and operational initiatives to capitalize on commercial opportunities and build relationships with healthcare decision-makers and stakeholders to support market access and commercial success.
In this role, you will:
- Take Commercial responsibility for CV (cardiovascular) therapy area including advising on critical roadmap and strategic direction in Poland.
- Build capabilities and intelligence on the market potential in the cardiovascular space and general trends in the field.
- Develop the go-to-market strategy for new medicines according to Global Strategy and in cooperation with x-functional team.
- Support the collaboration efforts within the Polish Affiliate to ensure cross-functional and organizational alignment and coordination of our in-market efforts.
- Monitor market developments (commercial, medical, market access etc.), provide input for business analytics and identify opportunities to support the success of future cardiovascular products at Novo Nordisk.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Master’s Degree in life science or business.
- Ability to drive cross- functional teams.
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with min.3 years of expertise in the cardiovascular area in Poland.
- Experience in commercial, market access, and business positions with cross-functional collaboration.
- Direct experience in at least two areas: Brand Value Communications, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, Customer Insight Gathering andMarket Development .
- Proven ability to build networks with healthcare decision-makers and deliver business objectives in alignment with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills to articulate complex issues persuasively.

You will be part of Polish Affiliate Leadership Team, reporting directly to the General Manager. Main goal of the role will be driving innovation and excellence in the cardiovascular area. With a focus on collaboration and strategic planning, we aim to strengthen our presence in Poland and contribute to Novo Nordisk’s global mission.
