Your new role
As a Business Development Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing business development strategies and tactics to maximise the potential of Novo Nordisk business in Poland, focusing on key accounts and B2B solutions.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders, including medical centres, hospitals, e-health clinics and websites.
- Analysing market opportunities, healthcare environment developments, and competitor strategies to inform decision-making, including identifying and evaluating new opportunities for growth and strategic partnerships.
- Negotiating and signing business development agreements, ensuring quality and compliance with all requirements.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align and deliver strategic initiatives.

Your skills & qualifications
We are searching for a commercially-minded and highly communicative team player whose profile meets the following criteria:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in key account management, business development, strategy, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Proven track record in B2B experience with the private ecosystem environment and managing strategic partnerships.
- Proven track record in x-functional project management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset highly desirable.
- Fluent English and Polish, both written and oral.
