The position
As our new  Sales and Marketing Assistant at Novo Nordisk, you will handle all administrative duties for the Marketing and Sales department. Organize and administer external and internal events while represent the Novo Nordisk Way, values, and commitments in daily conduct with stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Provide executive support to the Marketing Director, including accounting documentation and communication with agencies.
• Manage contracts and purchase orders as the Coupa administrator for both Business Units.
• Track, maintain and upload promo materials delivery, stocking, and distribution, and prepare for audits.
• Act as a super user for Novo Vision and IO Engage systems. Provide logistical support for marketing initiatives. Assist the sales team with data analysis, report generation, and campaign tracking.
• Support internal and external event arrangements. Support the execution of other sales projects.

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who has:

• A university or college degree.
• 1-2 years of administrative experience.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing)
• Advanced skills in MS Office and Outlook. Knowledge and active usage of digital technologies.
• Very good communication skills. Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Quick learning and adaptability.
• Excellent planning and organizing skills. Attention to detail.
• A service-oriented attitude. Very good time management and self-organisation skills.
• A proactive attitude and initiative.
• The ability to collaborate across boundaries.
• Strong problem assessment and solving skills.
• A high sense of responsibility.
