We are looking for a Patients Activation Manager in Lithuania for a parental leave replacement.
Your new role
As the Patient Activation Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful long-term execution of patient activation campaigns for assigned Novo Nordisk products. This role involves tailoring initiatives to meet local needs while effectively implementing global strategies that align with our prepared business plans.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional medical, regulatory and sales teams to develop tactical marketing plans that prioritize patients’ needs and outcomes. You will focus on understanding patient journeys and implementing programs that facilitate improved disease management and adherence. Furthermore, you will create innovative solutions and integrate digital marketing strategies into the patient activation plans. You will analyse campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
It is essential that promotional activities adhere to Novo Nordisk’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), local regulations, and established marketing budgets and forecasts.
In this role, you will play an important part in representing Novo Nordisk's vision, values, and commitments in all daily interactions with internal and external stakeholders. You will report directly to the Marketing Director for Lithuania.

You will join the Cardio, Kidney, Metabolic (CKM) Marketing team within the Lithuanian affiliate, a dynamic and collaborative group focused on innovation in customer experience and developing new channels to engage patients and consumers. Based in Vilnius, Lithuania, the team is purpose-driven and works cross-functionally to make a meaningful impact on obesity care for millions of people. Your skills & qualifications
As an Patients Activation Manager, you should show strong influencing, communication, and presentation skills, combined with a collaborative mindset and the ability to build long‑lasting stakeholder relationships. Moreover, you could identify yourself as values‑driven and aligned with the Novo Nordisk Way—open, honest, ambitious, respectful of diverse perspectives, proactive, and passionate about the work—supported by high ethical standards.
To be effective in this role, it is mandatory to have:

University degree in life-sciences (medicine, pharmacy, biology, biotechnology)

1-3 years of experience as a marketeer in a global innovative pharmaceutical company

Experience in Digital marketing

Successful experience in launching new products

Strong business understanding & knowledge of Lithuanian pharmaceutical market

Ability to learn new therapy areas and interpret medical data

Fluent English & Lithuanian

Valid driver’s licence

Solid literacy of MS Office
