The position
As a Key Account Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will ensure territory product sales and market share by analyzing market trends and executing territory plans and build and manage long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and other public institutions in Kaunas region specifically in the next cities: Marijampole, Prienai, Vilkaviskis, Alytus, Druskininkai, Lazdijai. This position reports to Field Sales Manager.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Conduct regular field visits. Provide medical, clinical, and pharmaceutical information about Novo Nordisk’s products and therapies to customers.
- Plan, organize, and deliver promotional and educational events on products and diseases topics.
- Ensure achievement of territory sales objectives and market share growth. Prepare and implement territory action plans.
- Actively collect, store, and report data on customer interactions, competitor activities, and healthcare environment developments.
- Work in compliance with local laws, Novo Nordisk Way, and company policies, ensuring ethical standards and quality in all processes.
- Participate in cross-functional collaborations, regional meetings, and national conferences to contribute to Novo Nordisk’s success.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who has minimum 2 years in sales role in the pharmaceutical industry, also University degree related to natural science or health care will be a plus.

This role is based in Lithuania, where you will join a dynamic and results-driven sales team. Our department is dedicated to promoting Novo Nordisk’s innovative diabetes and obesity products and therapies, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and delivering value to our customers. The atmosphere is fast-paced and collaborative, with a shared commitment to making a difference in the lives of patients.
We are aiming to offer you a competitive salary ranging from 3200-4000 Euro gross, based on your skills and experience.
