Your new role
As Adv. Consumer Marketing Professional, you'll be at the forefront of our digital evolution—driving sustainable consumer growth through innovative digital marketing activation and end-to-end marketing operations. You'll build scalable, measurable execution across eHealth, and consumer platforms, pioneering new ways to reach and engage consumers in an increasingly digital healthcare landscape.
Day-to-day your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and executing digital campaigns across paid media, social, and partner channels while optimizing digital funnels from awareness to conversion
- Managing external agencies, creative vendors, and technology partners to deliver high-quality digital assets and coordinating campaign SOPs, approval workflows, and Legal & Compliance frameworks
- Overseeing website content updates and adapting content to local market needs, ensuring strong brand presence and engagement across all digital platforms
- Building and managing digital tracking and performance measurement frameworks—monitoring KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversion, and ROI
- Analyzing campaign performance and running A/B testing to identify optimization opportunities and continuously improve digital effectiveness
- Leveraging consumer and market data to inform digital strategies, translating insights into actionable marketing improvements
- Managing campaign budget workflows from request to reconciliation while monitoring operational and reputational risks across digital channels

Your new department
Within Region EUCAN (Europe & Canada), you'll be part of the Digital Health Marketing & Partnerships team in the Commercial Business Unit at our Austria office in Vienna. The Austria market sits within Business Area East in Region EUCAN, where we're pioneering new commercial models and digital routes to market. With three other individuals, you will work as a team that values bold thinking and hands-on execution, where you'll have the opportunity to shape how we engage with consumers and partners in an increasingly digital healthcare landscape.
This position is office based, requiring presence at the office five days a week.
Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for an experienced digital marketer who thrives in performance-driven environments and is ready to pioneer new digital approaches in healthcare. You'll bring with you:
- Several years of experience in digital marketing, digital experience, e-commerce, or related fields, ideally from business-to-consumer markets such as retail, fashion, or lifestyle
- Proven background in digital experience strategy, web optimization, and digital-first content & campaign development with demonstrated ability to drive measurable commercial growth
- Strong understanding of campaign governance and execution across digital marketing channels, with the ability to design platform promotions, paid acquisition and influencer strategies, and optimize media mix and ROAS based on data
- Excellent analytical skills with strong affinity for data and the ability to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Proven experience managing complex stakeholder ecosystems and external vendors and agencies; experience in regulated industries is an advantage
- Project management skills including experience with digital solutions, plus advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and modern digital productivity tools including analytics, data visualization, and AI-enabled copilots
- Consumer-oriented mindset, structured and proactive work style with strong ownership, and excellent presentation and communication skills
- Fluent in German and English, with the ability to build trusting relationships across cultures and functions

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 88.420 EUR to 128.210 EUR, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
