Join us as our new Pharmacovigilance Analyst and play a central role in safeguarding patients across our therapies.

 

Your new role

As a Pharmacovigilance Analyst, you will be the key point of contact between Novo Nordisk and our Patient Support Program (PSP) partner, ensuring that pharmacovigilance activities run smoothly, compliantly, and with patient safety at the core. You will influence performance across the PSP and the operational hub, while also driving awareness of pharmacovigilance across the affiliate.

 

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

 

  • Reviewing and assessing reports from the PSP and other external providers.
  • Managing the daily relationship with our PSP partner, acting as the primary point of contact between their PV responsible and Novo Nordisk.
  • Influencing the performance of the PSP and the operational hub to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Handling samples of product quality complaints.
  • Submission of safety data to local health authorities.
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with internal Novo Nordisk and local applicable requirements.
  • Preparing and delivering pharmacovigilance training for all employees, including activities around Patient Safety Day.
  • Contributing to a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement across the affiliate.

 

Your new department

You will join the Quality & Pharmacovigilance Department – a close-knit team dedicated to safeguarding patient safety through rigorous monitoring, reporting, and training activities. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, playing an essential role in ensuring that our pharmacovigilance system operates to the highest standards.

 

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative professional who thrives in a role that combines regulatory rigor with strong stakeholder engagement. To succeed in this role, you will bring:

 

Required:

  • University degree (completed or in progress) in Pharmacy or Health Sciences
  • Previous experience in pharmacovigilance, drug safety, pharmaceutical practice or other areas within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train, influence and build lasting relationships with external partners

 

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of pharmacovigilance principles and regulations
  • Familiarity with Veeva Vault
