About the Role 

We are looking for a Clinical Trial Administrator – Business Operations to join our growing Clinical Trials team. This is a unique entry-level opportunity within a newly established and evolving function, focused on strengthening operational excellence across our clinical studies. 

In this role, you will act as the operational backbone of clinical trial execution, supporting key activities such as payments, vendor coordination, and clinical supply tracking. This position offers exposure to a dynamic environment where continuous improvement and innovation are highly encouraged. 

 

Your Key Responsibilities 

As a Clinical Trial Administrator, you will: 

  • Support operational and administrative activities across multiple clinical trials 

  • Manage purchase orders, invoices, and vendor payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing 

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including investigators and local vendors 

  • Maintain and update trackers and operational tools to ensure visibility and follow-up 

  • Support clinical supply coordination and tracking, including shipments, stock levels, and logistics processes 

  • Ensure proper execution of assigned tasks with strong attention to detail and follow-up 

You will manage multiple activities simultaneously, supporting a high volume of studies and stakeholders. 

 

Who We Are Looking For 

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented candidate with a strong execution mindset and interest in operational roles. 

 

Must Have 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, Economics, or related fields (or similar) 

  • Open to recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience 

  • Experience through internships or entry-level roles in administrative or operational support is a plus 

  • Strong proficiency in Excel (tracking, organization, data handling) 

  • Numerical and digital mindset, with ability to work across systems and tools 

  • High attention to detail and task ownership 

  • Ability to work in a high-volume, task-driven environment with multiple priorities 

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills 

  • Advanced English  

Nice to Have 

  • Exposure to payments, procurement, invoicing or administrative operations 

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or coordination roles 

  • Familiarity with clinical research environments or systems (e.g., CTMS, documentation handling) 

  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., automation, macros) or experience with digital tools
