The Position 

As an Accounting Coordinator, you will: 

  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of Financial Statements, overseeing internal and external audit processes and coordinating the monthly closing and local Financial Statements. 

  • Manage financial forecasting and adjustments, including forecasting local financial P&L for TP purposes and applying inflation adjustments. 

  • Report the monthly Financial Statements in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP, ensuring proper application of accounting principles and policies. 

  • Drive continuous improvement by enhancing procedures, meeting deadlines across different areas, and collaborating with GBS teams. 

  • Ensure strong internal controls by coordinating multiple stakeholders, implementing innovative ways of working, and maintaining a positive work environment under pressure and change. 

 

Qualifications 

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. 

  • 4 years of experience in accounting and controlling positions as a coordinator. 

  • Advanced English written and oral. 

  • Advanced Excel skills and preferred experience using SAP. 

  • Experience working in multinational companies with Shared Services Centres.
