The position
As a Field Sales Manager, you are a part of the Cardiometabolic Sales Department. You will build district sales capability and manage the medical sales team to reach and exceed sales targets in a defined geographical district. You will lead, manage, inspire, and motivate Medical Sales Representatives within your team.
Your responsibilities will be:

    Initiate and prepare sales plans and collaborate on marketing plans.

•    Ensure district sales performance and execute targets within the national strategy. 

•    Manage and motivate direct reports in the Medical sales team and develop team members through coaching.

•    Work according to Business Ethics procedures, local law, Novo Nordisk Way, and Novo Nordisk policies & guidelines.

•    Ensure KOL management in your district and collaborate with other field functions.

 

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:

•    A university degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or other relevant education related to healthcare or business administration.

•    Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in the pharmaceutical industry including people management experience.

•    Customer-centric mindset and focus on what matters.

•    High-performing personal leadership skills.

•    Business and industry understanding.

•    Ability to innovate in a changing environment and make things happen.

•    Strong team player with selling skills and product & portfolio knowledge.

•    Managerial competencies in leading and coaching people, setting direction & strategy.

•    Fluent English, Bulgarian 

•    Having a driving license.

Located in Varna, Bulgaria (alternatively in Burgas), your role is dedicated to running the medical promotional & sales activities of Novo Nordisk, promoting our products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies and hospitals. With a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere, we focus on developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving sales operations.
