Who you’ll work with

You will join the Cardiometabolic team within Medical Affairs, where colleagues connect medical affairs, commercial strategy and business development across therapy areas to guide the Novo portfolio and strengthen competitiveness.

Reporting to the Medical Director, you will lead a team of MSLs and work with Head Office colleagues and the Senior Manager, MSL colleagues covering other therapeutic areas. You will also partner closely with subject matter experts in the Medical and Field Excellence team, who support the field with insights, analytics, reporting and training.

Your team works across Ontario and Quebec, and you will be the link that keeps field and Head Office moving in the same direction. The department is collaborative and cross-therapeutic, so you will share what works across therapeutic areas and help decisions turn into action.
