  • Logistic, Statistical, Medical major or other relevant field 物流、统计、医学、药学等相关专业,专科以上学历

 

Professional Experience专业经验:

  • 2-3 years experience on warehouse. Be familiar with SAP, ERP or other relevant system.

-三年以上仓库管理的工作经验,熟悉SAPERP或其它相近的系统

  • Experience from an international company is preferred;外企工作经验;
  • Experienced user of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.);具备使用微软办公软件的经验;
  • Experience in SAP&ERP&MRP system utilization;SAP&ERP&MRP等系统使用经验;
  • Experience with forklift. 具备驾驶叉车经验者优先。
  • Basic English level is preferred.基础英语水平

Main Job Tasks 主要工作任务:      

Responsible for the receipt and dispatch for all the materials.

物料的接收与发放。

  • Responsible for receiving all the materials (RM, PM and FG) and keeping the goods at the right position by category and area, and mark the status, checking the goods entry the warehouse carefully, ensure that all goods are not damaged, with right quantity and clean appearance.

负责物料(原料、包装材料及成品)接收,按类及时地存入正确的存储区并正确标识来货状态;认真接收物料保证物料无破损,数量正确,外观干净整洁。

  • Responsible for receiving of Returned goods and Recalled goods, make record and report regularly.

负责退货和回收产品的接收和检查并做好相应的记录定期汇报。

  • Responsible for FG distribution according to the distribution plan, and ensure dispatched on time, on right quantity and right receiver.

按照发货计划负责成品的备货和发货,确保及时发货,数量正确和收货人正确。

  • Prepare RM and PM according to PO and Schedule No. in time and with right quantity.

负责按照POSchedule No.准备生产所需领用的原料与包装材料,确保及时正确。

  • Follow up SOPs and Quality compliance.

遵守标准操作流程和质量要求。

The operation of warehouse related system, such as Prism, PAS-X,  SAP, STYX, TMDNNTZWESC etc.

PrismPAS-X, SAPSTYX TMDNNTZWESC等系统的操作与维护。

  • Responsible for maintain the data in system and generate report.

负责物料接收后SAP PAS-X 系统的数据录入及系统中产生报告的传递。

  • Responsible for the inbound and outbound operation in system, such as Prism, PAS-X, SAP, STYX, TMDESCSCM system.

负责物料出库与入库时PrismPAS-X, SAPSTYXTMDESCSCM系统的出库入库操作。

  • Responsible for generate the deviation report and analysis the difference and adjust system.

负责PrismPAS-X, SAPSTYXTMDESCSCM 系统的物料差异报告的输出并进行分析、调整等维护。

 

Warehouse document management.

仓库日常文档的管理与维护。

  • Responsible for filling in the warehouse related document, and keep in the archives according to SOP.

负责填写与仓库所有物料相关的记录,并按照SOP相关要求进行存档。

  • The record of storage should be integrated and accurate, and the report must measure up to the GDP requirement and it must match the data in system.

仓库库存记录要诚实准确,书写符合GDP的要求,库存要与系统中数据相符。

 

Management of reject material and input account (Both Bonded and non-bonded).

不合格品的整理(保税和非保税)和帐目登记。 

  • Responsible for maintain the reject RM and PPM from returning from production line, and record and check the report and input account.

负责整理生产退库的不合格原料及包材,并与相关记录进行核对并登记帐目。

  • Responsible for supervise the whole process of destruction of scraped bonged and non-bonded raw materials, finish goods and packing materials.

负责对保税和非保税的不合格原料、成品以及不合格印制、中性包材等物料的销毁监督。

Responsible for the stock count monthly/ quarterly and yearly.

  • 每周财务对仓库物料的盘点以及每年不低于2次的海关对仓库物料的盘点Responsible for the weekly cycle count and yearly on warehouse materials by finance and Not less than 2 times a year count on warehouse materials by custom ensure the data is accurate.

Keep all facilities and equipment in warehouse are in good condition, work safety and ensure no incidents.

  • Responsible for the wrapping and inbound operation within warehouse area. Such as, FG, semi-FG, Recycle materials.

负责日常产成品和周转物料的包装及入库。

  • Responsible for warehouse 5S work, keep it in a high standard.
