  • College education background and above, major in pharmaceutical, management, Logistic, Statistical and other related area.
  • Good English spoken and written

Professional Experience专业经验:

  • Above 5 years’ experience with warehouse management and/or logistics management
  • Well-developed skills within SAP, ERP or other relevant system.

Purpose of the Job职位目标:

  • 1.    Warehouse process owner and optimise workflow
  • 2.    Super user of corporate IT system for WH/BS
  • 3.    Process responsible of process S2.04 and CS4.01 in STJ
  • 4.    Training responsible for warehouse procedure
  • 5.    GMP and GSP regulation analysis and compliance
  • 6.    Global SOPs related warehouse and transportation implementation
  • 7.    Coordinate Audit & inspection in warehouse
  • 8.    Participation and support in Warehouse related projects
  • 9.    Inputs on Change request for warehouse
  • 10.  SOP author group coordination
  • 11.    Warehouse project responsibility

 

Main Job Tasks岗位职责:

  1. Warehouse process owner and optimise workflow
  2. Perform value stream mapping and process analysis
  3. Get alignment among WH operation, QA and stakeholders
  4. Ensure that Kaizen and other improvements realised in one team are shared and implemented across all WH teams.
  5. Super user of corporate IT system for WH/BS, including SAP, PAS-X, NNTZW and TMD
  6. Ensure STJ to meet KPIs of SAP and PAS-X
  7. Raise the remedy case for PS@SAP issues and solve the issues.
  8. Summary and report the problem and good practice via periodic meeting.
  9. Perform training for WH handlers
  10. Maintain WH master data for new items of material/products
  11. Trainer of PM module, performs training for all BS end users
  12. Apply the access and perform training for WH end users for NNTZW and TMD
  13. Process responsible of process S2.04 and CS4.01 in STJ
  14. See process problems and improvement possibilities by setting process strategy
  15. Solve and handle signals by allocating necessary resources
  16. Develop the process by avoiding redundancy within the process description
  17. Document and approve global QBIQ documents on level 2
  18. Ensure all Process Group Responsible are manned and trained in business process group
  19. Share process learnings systematically across business process group and review processes continuously
  20. Training responsible for warehouse procedure
  21. Develop training system in warehouse
  22. Setup new and maintain existing courses for warehouse
  23. Plan and organise training for warehouse employees
  24. Qualifier trainer for training courses
  25. GMP regulation analysis and compliance
  26. Continuously perform PC on critical compliance activities
  27. Ensure good practice is shared between 2 WH teams
  28. Identify gaps against regulation and initiate actions to fix
  29. Global SOPs related warehouse and transportation implementation
  30. Understand all warehouse related global SOPs
  31. Identify local gaps against new/updated global SOPs.
  32. Initiate actions to fix local gaps and PC actions when needed to fulfil theWarehouse process owner and optimise workflow

  69. Warehouse main question answerer during audit & inspection
  70. Participation and support in Warehouse related projects
  71. Coordinate process change and system update for warehouse
  72. Get alignment between warehouse team and project request.
  73. Inputs on Change request for warehouse
  74. CR owner for warehouse project, construction and process optimization.
  75. SOP author group coordination
  76. Coordination of SME group, drive  sharing knowledge and alignment of process
  77. Present as site level SME for the cross area process

  1. Warehouse project responsibility:
  2. Design warehouse process flow by involving operation team.
  3. Work as warehouse process responsible to develop automatic warehouse operation procedure (Cold & Ambient)
  4. Providing requirements to warehouse management system (WMS)
  5. Expert for SAP, PAS-X, NNTZW, etc.
  6. Contact window between project and warehouse operation team.
  7. Handling CR cases
  8. EHS relevant tasks for warehouse operation.
