The position       

Key areas of responsibility:     

  1. Yearly training plan’s creation, execution and follow up.                                                     建立、执行、跟踪年度培训计划。
    • Create yearly training plan and update relevant KPIs.                                              建立年度培训计划,更新相关KPI指标。
    • Arrange practicalities for training activities to ensure execution according to plan.                  按照计划安排培训及实践活动。
    • Follow up attendance record and tracking with training log of cost and resources.                   跟踪培训记录、出勤、成本、资源。
    • Maintain and update training material.                                                             保持培训材料更新。
  2. Plan and facilitate Program and project training projects and workshops

计划和推动总部项目集和天津厂扩建项目组培训活动和工作坊

    • Drive the training development and ensure training principles are followed

推动培训计划的开发和确保培训原则的执行

    • Plan and facilitate project activities and workshops

计划和推动项目的培训活动和工作坊

    • Ensure end-users have the skills needed for development

确保终端用户具备工作所需技能

    • Give input to contents

对总部项目集提供的培训内容进行评估和建议

    • Coordinate SMEs to write Job Instructions

协调项目组流程专家撰写工作说明

    • Create training material together with training developer

和总部培训开发人员工作开发培训材料

    • Develop training material and training structure together with end-users

与终端用户共同开发培训材料和培训架构

  1. Plan and implement STJ& Project new comers and consultants training program.                              计划并执行天津工厂和项目部新员工和外部顾问的培训。
    • Plan and arrange practicalities to ensure execution according to schedule.                         按照计划安排培训。
    • Coordinate with stakeholder for any changes of plan.                                              计划变更时与培训相关方沟通协调。
    • Tracking attendance and update new comer and consultants training KPIs and materials.             跟踪出勤情况,更新新员工和外部顾问培训KPI和培训材料。
    • Follow up new comer and consultants on-boarding learning progress and make reports.              跟踪新员工入职和外部顾问学习流程并作报告。
    • Suggest improvement ideas.                                                                       提出改进建议。
  2. Follow up training activities with evaluation and report.                                                     跟踪培训活动并进行评估和汇报。
    • Assist to collect training needs.                                                                     收集培训需求。
    • Initiate training evaluation directly after training course.                                           培训结束后立即进行课程评估。
    • Generate training evaluation report and share with relevant stakeholder.                            做培训评估报告并分享给相关人员。
    • Support training evaluation design and continue improvement.                                    协助设计培训评估表并持续改进。

 

  1. Training documentation management to meet with GXP requirements.                                     按按照GXP的要求管理培训文件。
    • Document attendance and certifications.                                                           出勤记录和培训证书存档。
    • Tack and record vendor information to utilize training resources.                                    跟踪并记录供应商信息以充分利用培训资源。
    • Manage new comer training attendance to 100% meet with GXP and audit requirement.            管理新员工培训,确保100%出勤,以达到GXP和审计的要求。
  2. Track and update training related KPIs.                                                                     跟踪并更新培训相关KPI指标。
    • Own STJ new comer training KPIs.                                                                 对工厂新员工培训指标负责。
    • Follow up with training bond agreement signing and summarize with reports.                      管理培训绑定协议。
    • Contribute to fulfill and follow up training function yearly master plan.                              跟踪年度培训主计划的执行情况。

 

  1. Ensure training and learning related IT system implementation and daily operation in STJ.                   确保培训与学习相关的IT系统的稳定运行。
    • Fulfil LearnIT system super-user/Smart SOP e-learning system/ISOtrain administrator role.         承担培训IT系统管理员的职责。
    • LearnIT system/ Smart SOP e-learning system /ISOtrain operation. 执行系统操作。
    • Other training system used when needed.  需要时操作其他培训系统。

 

  1. Internal and external trainer management.                                                                 管理内、外部培训讲师。
    • Trainer caring and provide service in practicality.                                                  在培训活动中为讲师提供支持和服务。
    • Support in trainer selection and develop process.                                                  协助讲师选拔和发展的工作。

 

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor Degree major in relevant field, preferable within organizational development or education or Pharmaceutical related education background.                                       相关专业大学本科毕业,最好是组织发展和教育方向或制药相关专业。
  2. Excellent in written and reading English.          流利的英语听说读写技能。
  3. Good MS office skill.                              熟练使用办公软件。
  4. Minim 3-5 years of working experience in training function.                                               至少3-5年培训相关工作经验。
  5. Or 2-3 years production manufacturing or Quality engineer experiences

或者2-3年生产制造或质量管理工程师经验

  1. Preferably to have internal trainer experience.          最好有内部培训讲师的工作经验。
