The position

• Manage the validation and compliance of the system

• Create and maintain validation guidelines of systems according to industry best practices and NN procedures.

• Manage system change in accordance with NN quality requirement.

• Assess and manage risks, ensure system security in accordance with NN predefined risk and security requirement.

• Manage new system and system upgrade projects with cooperation with internal and external stakeholders

• Provide validation training and support to users

• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of system validation

• Ensure system validation are in compliance with applicable regulations and standards

• Manage supplier relationships to ensure compliance and quality

• Provide audit support to ensure system validation comply with the company's internal control requirements

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends relevant to system validation

Qualifications

• Four-year Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline

信息技术相关专业4年本科学士学位或以上学历

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

良好的英语书写和沟通能力

• ITIL(Information Technology Infrastructure Library ) Foundation certification is preferable                

最好具有ITIL认证资格证书

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in computerised system validation (CSV), or working in a similar position

• In-depth knowledge of system compliance and security requirements

• Strong project management skills
