  • Fluent in written and spoken English




Professional Experience专业经验:


  • 5- 8 years of experience in sourcing within ASIA or working in a similar position.                            5-8年在亚洲的寻购工作经验或相关岗位工作经验
  • Strong supplier management experience to improve supplier capacity stability continuously. 


  • Experience with project management in international projects.                                                具有在国际性项目中工作的经验。
  • Experience of manufacturing planning is preferable.     最好具有生产制造计划的经验。
  • Experience with GxP requirements in supply chain management is preferable.

Key areas of responsibility 主要工作职责:

Sourcing manager is responsible for establish governance process for procurement in Site Tianjin. Manage supplier to ensure that the suppliers produce and act in accordance with Novo Nordisk requirement. Support procurement for all areas at best terms, balancing price with quality, delivery and triple bottom line responsibility. Lead local sourcing projects and support sourcing project led by strategic sourcing.


Main Job Tasks 主要工作任务:      

  • Ensure execution on sourcing activities in Site Tianjin. Make sure all sourcing activities are in compliance with SOPs and regulations.                                                                                 按照SOP和所有相关法规要求执行寻购工作,确保工作合规。
  • Take the responsibility of cost management. Drive price and contract negotiation with local suppliers owned by Site sourcing. Seek opportunity for continuous cost improvement.                                        负责成本管理,执行合同和价格谈判,持续改进降低成本。
  • Conduct risk management, report and supply risk (e.g. supplier capacity risk, supplier financial risk, etc) and give recommendation or proposal of risk mitigation.                                                    进行风险管理,汇报供应风险(例如供应商的产能风险、财务风险等),提供降低风险的建议。
  • Ensure global SOP and GMP requirements implementation. Act as local document owner, review global SOPs and GMP related documents, do gap analysis, update local documents to ensure compliance.               确保总部SOPGMP相关要求的实施:作为本地文件负责人解读总部文件,分析差异并更新本地文件,确保合规。
  • Be SME of sourcing procedure, support on audit and inspection. Present own process and answer questions during audit and inspection. Lead change request, review NC and CR, share best practice across sites.       作为寻购的过程专家支持审计和检查。在审计和检查过程中介绍工作流程并回答问题;主导变更,审核不符合和变更文件,分享好的工作经验。
  • Manage supplier selection process. Perform objective screening for new suppliers. Support the implementation of new supplier and product.                                                                管理供应商甄选流程,客观地筛选新供应商;支持新供应商和新产品的启用流程。
  • Set KPI and evaluation system to measure and feedback suppliers’ performance.                            设置KPI和评估系统以衡量供应商的工作绩效。            
  • Lead local sourcing project, support global sourcing projects led by strategic sourcing.                       领导本地寻购项目,参与并支持总部战略采购项目。
  • Ensure all sourcing related documents are archived perfectly and timely.                             确保所有寻购相关文件及时并妥善存档。
