  • Bachelor degree or above, majored in Chemical Engineering, Environment Engineer, safety Engineering or related subjects.

本科及以上学历,化学工程、环境工程、安全工程以及相关专业

 

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.        良好的英语书写和口头沟通能力

Professional Experience专业经验:

 

  • At least 8 years EHS relevant experiences in manufacturing industry, preferred with a minimum of 5 years or above experience in MNC.

至少8年生产制造企业EHS相关工作经验,最好至少5年外资企业工作经验。    

  • Rich experience in overall EHS management and environmental tasks and sustainability projects

具备综合的EHS管理经验,特别是环境管理及可持续性发展项目的管理经验

  • Full knowledge in EHS systems and related laws and regulations on environmental protection

EHS管理体系及环境相关的法律法规有充分的了解

Environmental strategy setting and promotion in STJ 环境战略在天津厂的推广

Environmental systems compliance and continuous improvement 环境体系的确保和持续改进

Environmental and CFZ projects or initiatives implementation 环境及CFZ相关项目和动议的执行

 

Main Job Tasks 岗位职责:   

Strategic key deliveries

  • Transferring and promoting Environmental and Circular for Zero strategies and supporting the direction eg. Circular for Zero from IFP level in close collaboration with IFP network and STJ internal and external stakeholders.
  • 转化和推广环境及循环零污染(CFZ)战略,支持IFP设立的战略方向,与IFP联系小组及天津厂的内外部客户保持紧密合作
  • Anchoring related environmental protection and CFZ direction into STJ routine operation.
  • 落地实施环境保护和CFZ相关指导方针,将CFZ结合进天津厂的日常运营之中
  • Provide advice, guidance and support with decisions concerning Environmental and Circular for Zero – informing clear direction for PSMgmt. and shaping the continued development of the Circular for Zero setup across STJ.
  • 对环境及CFZ工作提供建议、指导和支持,向PS管理层汇报清晰的方向并搭建天津厂CFZ持续发展的蓝图

 

Environmental system compliance and improvement

  • Ensuring that STJ meets Novo Nordisk’s environmental policy, Circular for Zero and targets including current legislation and global standards (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001)

确保天津厂符合诺和诺德全球的环境政策,CFZ和相关目标的设立都符合法规和EHS体系(ISO 14001 and ISO 45001)的要求

  • Train and coordinate on EHS management system audit and shared processes with STJ EHS team and reps

培训和协调环境管理体系审计和共享流程给EHS团队和代表

 

Tactical implementation support 

  • Implement environmental improvement tasks and CFZ related tasks from NN/PS/IFP

相关节能减排、环境保护项目等提升改进项目及来自NN/PS/IFPCFZ相关任务在天津厂的执行

  • Take responsibility in driving CFZ performance, accomplishment of CFZ AO and promotion for awareness improvement across STJ  

推动CFZ绩效表现并推进CFZ年度目标的达成和推广从而加强STJ意识的提升

  • Assist initiatives, ideas, and projects and make improvements to fulfil the ambition of CFZ factory

协助项目或动议的执行,改进和支持CFZ工厂的达成

  • Share and prioritise ideas driving innovation CFZ projects either by borrowing from IFP good practice or STJ own initiatives

针对来自IFP的好实践进行分享,并设立优先级,推动革新性CFZ项目的执行

  • Support relevant knowledge sharing and best practices in STJ cross-functional areas to drive improvement or innovation across boundaries

在天津厂内分享知识和最佳实践,推动跨区域的改进或革新

  • Communicate progress and status report to STJ and PS management team on Environmental and Circular for Zero tasks including critical analysis with relevant frequency

定期向STJPS管理团队沟通和汇报环境及CFZ任务和数据的进展

 

Routine involvement and support

  • Contribute to STJ EHSMR as needed and coordinate Environmental and CFZ part
  • 参与EHS管理评审中环境部分的汇报
  • Support STJ to comply with NN procedures, global standards and actions etc.

支持天津厂执行NN的环境流程、国际标准、本地法规和行动的执行

  • Review and facilitate discussions on environmental risk management issues, challenging areas in their risk assessment and proposed mitigating actions
  • 回顾和支持环境风险评估,挑战区域的评估流程,并建议改进措施
  • Regular meetings with EHS team and reps to plan execution, follow up and continuous improvement on operational task and other support

定期与EHS团队和代表召开会议,探讨改进行动和其它支持的执行、跟踪和持续改进

 

Network with IFP EHS

  • Participate EHS network meetings on various Environmental and Circular for Zero subjects for discussion or sharing
  • 参加EHS联系小组会议
  • Support implementation, mapping, revision, update and continuous improvements of EHS systems (for instance Sofi, ICQ, EHS Portal and other EHS tools)

支持EHS系统的执行、修改、更新和持续改善(例如Sofi, EHS系统和其它工具)
