•    BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, Technical or related field or equivalent combination education and experience.

    Professional Experience专业经验:
•    Minim 5-8 years of general HR experience、HRBP in a large multinational company.                               至少5-8年大型综合企业整体HR/HRBP工作经验。 
•    Minimum of 5 years of successful project/
change management experience across multiple & diverse business units
•    至少5年成功的项目管理和变革管理工作经验。
•    Wider business understanding, and good strategic thinking.                                                  深入理解业务并具有战略性思维。 
•    Preferably leadership experience.                      最好有管理经验。
•    Have been working in a global company is preferable.  最好有国际性公司的工作经验。

Key areas of responsibility 主要工作职责:
•    Consultant and project portfolio management for APAC SSC
•    Responsible to ensure project accomplish according to time plan, quality, impact and cost objectives.
•    Driver of global alignment connecting with global GPOS development program.
•    Integration officer to liaison with major initiatives cross geography, units in communicating, negotiating, and supporting project plans.
•    Optimization and standardization as cLEAN® champion to continuously improve process and service delivery.
•    Development of work scope and expansion to countries.
•    Develop & manage stakeholder & organization change management (OCM) plans.
•    New technology implementation
Main Job Tasks 主要工作任务:      
•    Consultant and project management to APAC SSC  
•    Responsible to ensure project accomplish according to time plan, quality, impact and cost objectives
- Create & manage work plans & detailed project schedules
- Demonstrated project leadership, collaboration across functions
- Planning/organizing, managing execution & revising the work plan for cross functional project teams.  
•    Driver of global alignment connecting with global GPOS development program.
•    Integration officer to liaison with major initiatives cross geography, units in communicating, negotiating, and supporting project plans. ( i.e. Employee Central, AskHR, collaborate with GSC)
•    Optimization and standardization as cLEAN® champion to continuously improve process and service delivery across Payroll, Rewards, HR operation service, training administration, etc.
•    Productivity and efficiency improvement. (i.e. performance boards and KPI setup, unit cost improvement)
•    Development of work scope and expansion to countries. 
•    Develop & manage stakeholder & organization change management (OCM) plans.
•    New technology exploration, investigation and implementation (Automation, big data, etc.)
Other individual assignments 其他工作任务:
•    Incorporate Novo Nordisk Way (NNW) into daily way of working.                                             将诺和诺德之道(NNW)融入到日常工作中。
•    Other work assigned by line manager.                                                                      直线经理安排的其他工作。

•    Able to travel domestically & internationally, up to 15% of the time.
