Education Background: 教育背景

  • Bachelor or master degree in science, engineering, finance, logistics and supply chain management, business administration or other relevant background
  • Education/training in GMP regulations, validation, LEAN and statistics

Professional Experience专业经验:

  • More than 10 years project management experience.
  • Project management knowledge and has cross functional project management experience in NN is preferable
  • More than 5 years of NN working experience including experience in Facility.
  • Prefer Clean room or aseptic process experience.
  • Construction and architecture experience and knowledge is needed.
  • Experience on construction is preferable
  • Auto-CAD and MS project skill is needed
  • Good communication skills, stronger interpersonal skills, observation ability and analytic capability
  • Mutable tasks handling ability
  • Working under strong pressure
  • Experience working with authority is preferable
  • Knowledge from a GMP/ISO 9001/ISO 13485 regulated production, working with requirements for validation and change procedure
  • Advanced English skills, international experience is preferable
  • Strong individual contributor, ability to manage multi-tasks with minimum direct supervision

Manage different complexity level of projects

Project complexity is measured in relation to:

Stakeholders; total project cost; scope; project organisation and the organisation impacted by the project.

Use the complexity guide (included in the project definition) to determine the project complexity

Key areas of responsibility:

  1. Direct project execution
  2. Create and develop the project plan
  3. Monitor and control project work
  4. Negotiate project resources with LoB management and manage these resources during project execution
  5. Establish the appropriate project governance together with project owner
  6. Report project performance to the relevant stakeholders
  7. Perform integrated change control on the project
  8. Archive all key project data
  9. Close and evaluate the project
  10. Ensure compliance with NN Quality Management System and PS Environmental, Health and Safety Management system

 

Main Job Tasks岗位职责:

Ad 1: Direct project execution:10%

Provide clear goals and purpose for the project and the project team members so that the project secures effective use of time and resources and builds employee motivation.

Ad 2: Create and develop the project plan:10%

Create effective and transparent systems, structures and processes to drive the project so that the project secures clarity and order by applying the appropriate amount of planning and organising.

In PS different project governance models exists. Below is listed the mandatory   requirements for the different project types:

  1. cLEAN® projects: Project brief. For 3-star projects enter the approved documents in I-Nexus
  2. Investment projects: Project Charter, Mandate and Agreement. Enter the approved documents in Clarity

Other: Follow the local templates/guidelines

Ad 3: Monitor and control project work:10%

Follow-up to keep end-product within scope, quality, schedule and budget so that the project delivers the desired end-product.

Enter the specific requirements for the project stating the local reporting channel.

Below is listed the mandatory requirements for reporting in Clarity (investment projects):

  1. Monthly overall project status
  2. Monthly status on project schedule and risk
  3. Monthly status on Cost (Total Investment Cost, TIC)
  4. Monthly review and update of project stage etc.
  5. Quarterly update of TIC forecasts

Ad 4: Negotiate project resources with LoB management and manage these resources during project execution 10%

Ensure that the right amount of resources is allocated to the project from both stakeholders and the project team

Ad 5: Establish the appropriate project governance together with the project owner 10%

Create and lead the appropriate organisation (e.g. steering committee, reference 

group and project team) so that the project can be executed effectively and the outcome is sustained in the organisation.

Ad 6: Report project performance to the relevant stakeholders 5%

Enter the specific requirements for the project.

Ad 7: Perform integrated change control on the project 10%

Evaluate changes to the project scope, schedule or cost in a coordinated manner so that all project constrains are evaluated.

Ad 8: Archive all key project data 5%

Enter the specific requirements for the project – e.g. minutes, memos and other relevant project data.

Ad 9: Close and evaluate the project 10%

Enter the specific requirements for the project.

For Investment projects: Project Completion Review. Enter the approved document in Clarity

Ad. 10: Ensure compliance with NN Quality Management System and PS Environmental, Health and Safety Management system  10%

Execute the project in accordance with the QMS and EHS management systems and ensure that the end-product is in compliance with all the relevant requirements.

 

 

Other individual assignments其他 :

  • Act as the expert project manager for Production Support area and coach other project managers in mentioned area.
  • A high level of independence is required in order to carry out the described work assignments.
  • A high level of initiative is required together with an open mind for dialog and feedback also when it comes to sensitive topics.
  • Since the work pressure in periods can be high, a high level of flexibility is required.
  • An employee at Site Tianjin contributes to the EHS work in the department as relevant from their positions. The tasks and duties as described in enclosure 2 of EHS manual (QBIQ doc. No. 044249).
