•    4-yr (BS) Degree or above in Pharmaceutical, economics, business or related field              制药、经济、商务等相关专业4 年本科学士学位或以上学历
•    Fluent in written and spoken English
良好的英语书写和沟通能力
    Professional Experience专业经验:

•    Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, engineer, and/or business support or working in a similar position.至少3 年物流、工程、商务支持或相关岗位工作经验。
•    Previous experience in international Pharmaceuticals company is preferable.                                  具有国际性制药公司的工作经验。

Purpose of the Job 职位目标: 

The planning professional is responsible for executing daily work of planning, that include production planning, purchase planning, coordination and inventory control etc., to ensure device and insulin production running well. 
计划专员负责执行计划的日常工作,包括制定生产计划、采购计划、协调和控制库存等,以保证器械和胰岛素生产正常进行。
Main Job Tasks 岗位职责:       
•    Execute daily planning work to ensure planning function run smoothly , job tasks include but not limited to: 执行日常工作以保证计划工作稳定运行,包括但不限于:
o    Coordinate with GBS to execute planning activity.                                                   与GBS协作完成计划工作
o    Implement proper stock policy, daily control inventory for products.                                日常执行合理库存政策,控制产品存货数量。  
o    Update and follow stock policies to balance secure deliveries and reduction of lead times.           监控并更新存货政策以确保‘保证安全发货’和‘降低交货时间’之间的平衡。
o    Ensure effective and precise overall production planning.                                          保证制定高效的和精确的整体生产计划。
o    Master production schedule to ensure production is under control by capture net requirements and prepare monthly & weekly production plan.                                                        通过收集净需要量信息,准备每周和每月生产计划来控制生产进度,确保生产正常进行。 
o    Apply urgent release for semi-FG, FG and raw materials if necessary.                              在需要时,申请成品、半成品、原材料的紧急放行。
o    When sales forecast has big change, adjust production and internal purchase plan in time.          当销售预测有重大变化时,及时调整生产和内部采购计划。
o    Inventory management of RM and FG of all products. Effective panning to keep RM and PM inventories low with avoiding any stock outs to save on working capital.                            执行原材料和成品的库存管理,制定有效的计划,保持合理的低存货量,以达到既不中断库存又节约营运资金。
o    Execute NN global items purchasing including internal purchase plan, internal purchase order management, etc.                                                                                 执行NN全球项目采购,包括:内部采购计划、管理内部采购订单等。
o    Planning support to various projects (new launches, transfer projects, license renewals, new suppliers, changed item numbers etc.)                                                             对各种项目提供计划支持(包括但不限于新品上市,产品转移,各种生产准许证更换,供应商引入,货号更换等)
o    Cooperate daily work with production, purchasing, warehouse, and quality. Ensure all plans are rational, efficient and accurate. Ensure no shut-down and supply shortage due to MPS & MRP issues whatever the reasons (except unpredictable factors).                                              日常工作中与生产、采购、仓库以及质量部门协调合作,确保所有计划合理、有效、准确。确保无论何种原因都没有因为MPS和MRP的问题造成停产和物料短缺(不可预测的原因除外)。 
o    Planning file management.                                                                         文件管理
o    Provide training to back up and ensure the work can be carried out as normal and no issues during absence.                                                                                           为后备人员提供培训,以确保在本人缺勤时工作能正常执行。
•    Operate planning related IT system, SAP/STYX etc., for master data maintaining and report.                操作计划相关IT系统,如SAP/STYX 等,维护主数据、做报告。
•    Do data analysis and provide correct data to other departments, such production agreement to production and budget data to finance etc.                                                                             做数据分析,向相关部门提供准确的数据,比如向生产部门提供生产协议、向财务提供预算数据等。
•    Participate and support planning related projects, like product transfer and PPM renewal, etc. Liaise with stakeholders for all demand issues like product launch.                                                      参与并支持计划相关项目,如产品转移、包材更新等。与各个相关方联系满足业务需求。
•    Handle planning related NC, CR, and SOP updated.                                                          处理计划相关的NC、CR以及SOP更新等。
•    Support business cLEAN activities.                                                                          支持业务流程优化活动。

•    Incorporate Novo Nordisk Way (NNW) into daily way of working                                             将诺和诺德之道(NNW)融入到日常工作中
•    Other work assigned by line manager.                                                                      直线经理安排的其他工作。
•    Keep line manager accurately informed of work status as well as any problems                             保证将工作状态和所有问题准确通知到直线经理
