The position             

The business partner is the link between business and the organization. This position contributes to business decisions by developing Leaders throughout daily management. Act as HR area specialist in developing both the organization and the people within wider areas. This is very much in line with most of the core HR processes in STJ.

  • Organisation development
    • Ensures that the organisational structure, roles and competences are in line with business needs and objectives.                                                                                    确保组织结构、职责、能力符合业务目标和需要。
    • Gives input to the organisational review and the business strategy based on analysis of organisational strengths and weaknesses.                                                         基于对组织优势和劣势的分析,对组织回顾和业务战略提出建议。
    • Identifies which P&O activities to initiate to improve ability to meet short term as well as long-term business targets.                                                                                  识别发起什么样的人员与组织活动能够改进能力以满足业务发展短期以及长期目标的需要。
    • Drives effective change management during organisational changes.                               组织变动期间推动有效的变革管理活动。

 

  • People engagement
    • Ensures engagement surveys and follow-through actions are conducted.                           确保敬业度调查以及后续行动计划的执行。
    • Analyses results together with line management and initiate actions.                              与部门经理一起分析调查结果并采取相关行动。
    • Develop and/or drive team building activities.

  • Competence development
    • Identifies and help to develop key behavioural competencies that enable employees to perform in current and/or future jobs.                                                                        识别并帮助发展关键行为能力使员工能胜任当前以及将来的工作。
    • Ensures high quality use of IDPs.

    • Trains the organisation in people skills.

  • Coaching and leadership development
    • Makes sure that the LoB management team is well functioning.                                    确保管理者团队顺利工作。
    • Coaches the management team – also on an individual basis.                                       训练管理者团队,包括个人指导。
    • Conducts training and team building.

    • Act as ‘trusted advisor’ and sparring partner for the management team.                           作为管理者可信任的顾问。

  • Talent management
    • Ensures effective processes to identify talents and help develop strategies for how to groom them.  确保有效的识别人才流程和开发人才管理的战略。
    • Develops succession plans for the management team.                                              为管理团队开发继任者计划。
    • Develops plans for how to retain key people.                                                       开发保留关键人才计划。

 

  • Performance management
    • Ensures high quality performance appraisals, calibration and follow-up.                             绩效评估、校准及跟踪。
    • Develops strategies for low and high performers and support managers in implementing them.     开发低绩效和高绩效战略并协助经理们执行。

 

  • Talent attraction
    • Supports the area with attraction and recruitment.                                                 协助业务部门吸引和招聘人才。

 

  • Operational HR activities
    • Is the one point of entry for all HR operations and can guide people to the right specialist.          HR运营服务与业务部门的唯一接口人,能指导员找到专业人员寻求帮助。
    • Does hands-on work (e.g. administration of bonus files, collection of data, etc.).                    亲身实践服务工作。
    • Coordinates corporate people initiatives.                                                           协调总部人员活动。

 

             

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree major in social sciences, psychology, business administration, communication, or MBA.                         

 社会学、心理学、工商管理、沟通专业大学本科及以上学历,或者是工商管理硕士。

  • Excellent in written and reading English.         

流利的英语听说技能。

  • Minim 5-8 years of general HR experience in a large multinational company.                               至少5-8年大型综合企业整体HR工作经验。
  • Wider business understanding, and good strategic thinking.                                             

 深入理解业务并具有战略性思维。

  • Preferably leadership experience.                      

最好有管理经验。

  • Have been working in a global company is preferable.

  • Training, coaching and facilitation skills.
