Qualifications (minimum requirements) 任职资格

Education Background: 教育背景

  • Junior college major in bioengineering, pharmacy or other relevant field.                               生物工程、制药或相关学科大专毕业或以上学历
  • Basic English skill.                                具备基本英语技能
  • Technical background is preferred.                  具备相应的技术更好。

 

Professional Experience专业经验:

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in manufactory.     至少一年生产制造企业工作经验
  • Prefer mechanical or electric experience.                 有机械、电子方面的经验优先

 

Job content工作内容描述

Key areas of responsibility 主要工作职责:

Operator is responsible for operating production equipment in production area to realize the PO according to SOP.    生产操作员负责按照标准操作流程操作生产设备,执行生产操作,完成生产订单。

Main Job Tasks 主要工作任务:      

  • Operate equipment, perform production activities according to SOP.                                        遵循标准操作流程(SOP)操作生产设备,执行生产操作。
  • Support maintenance person during production according to the relative SOPs.                              遵循标准操作流程(SOP)协助维修人员进行生产过程中设备性能测试。
  • Perform regular cleaning work in production area.                                                          执行生产设备和生产区域日常清洁操作。
  • Timely report any incidents and safety risk during production.                                              及时汇报生产中发现的异常问题和质量、安全隐患。
  • Implement the PAS-X and other system operation correctly.                                                执行生产过程中PAS-X等相关系统的正确操作。
  • Implement the batch change over operation.                                                               完成开批、结批操作。    
  • Give timely feedback about the equipment information, cooperate with maintenance team to finish preventive maintenance.                                                                                    就生产设备的状态给予维修人员反馈,配合维修人员完成设备保养。

  • Incorporate Novo Nordisk Way (NNW) into daily way of working                                             将诺和诺德之道(NNW)融入到日常工作中
  • Other work assigned by line manager.                                                                       直线经理安排的其他工作。
  • Keep line manager accurately informed of work status as well as any problems                              保证将工作状态和所有问题准确通知到直线经理
